COPPER COATED / BONDED EARTH RODS
Mettler offers you Earth Rods made from high tensile-low carbon steel complying with requirements of BS 4360 Grade 43 A. Each Rod is molecularly bonded by 99.99% pure, high conductivity Copper bonding. Each Rod is treated with Benzol-triozole derivatives.
External threads on each Rods are formed by Roll Threading process, giving threads extra strength, eliminating risk of chipping the threads while driving the rods in the ground.

High Tensile Smooth Surface Steel Sheets are molecularly bonded with pure EC Grade Copper (99.9%). Ideal for Earthing Purposes.

SOLID COPPER EARTH RODS
Earthing Rods / Solid Copper Earth Rods / Copper Earthing Rods / Copper Earth Rods are manufactured from highly conductive EC Grade Copper. They offer great resistance to corrosion. Earthing Rods, Solid Copper Earth Rods, Copper Earthing Rods, Copper Earth Rods are ideally used in applications where the salt content in the soil is very high.
Solid Copper Earth rods are made in two types. Externally threaded and internally threaded. Solid Copper earth rods are used where the factor of corrosion is very high and expectionally long life is required. Hence these rods are manufactured from pure and high conductivity hard drawn copper to BS 2874-C 101. These rods are also available with tin plating in order to reduce the risk of oxidation and increasing shelf life.

Each Bars / Rods first coated with Rust Preventive Oil by brush and then Wrapped into resin cloth weighing each bundle approx 1 Ton and each bundle are duly steel strapped. Packing in Wooden Boxes is also possible if customer demands.
